Welcome to Felicity Woolf Associates

I provide consultancy in evaluation, research and policy development. I work in the cultural sector, with clients from arts and heritage organisations, funders and local authorities. Much of my work focuses on widening access, especially for children and young people. I am an experienced facilitator and trainer and have frequently written to publication standard.

Based in Nottingham in the East Midlands, but working nationwide, I set up Felicity Woolf Associates in 1999. Collaborating with a trusted network of consultants, I assemble small teams of specialists to respond to the different needs of each commission.

I also support the cultural sector through giving time and expertise as a volunteer. I am chair of two organisations: The Mighty Creatives, a children’s charity and the Bridge organisation for the East Midlands; and Upstart Projects, a charity promoting and supporting young people as arts leaders, journalists and activists.

From 2012 to 2015 I lived in China where I studied for an MA in Contemporary Chinese Studies at the University of Nottingham Ningbo. I learned Mandarin from scratch and continue to learn the language.
